Managing Director
Douglas is the Managing Director here at TCS. Since taking over the reins in Nov 2017 he has seized the opportunity to learn about the Dry Cleaning and Laundry industry. As a natural born businessman he aims to be on top of his game, positively guiding the company forward. When he’s not negotiating and building relationships with customers and suppliers he can be found on the golf course or spending time with his ever growing family.

Sally Bousie
General Manager (Sales)
Sally joined the team over a year ago and her calming influence keeps us all grounded and on task. As a Mum of 4, she balances work and life incredibly well with many amusing stories to share with us daily. Out of work Sally loves sport, music and a good book.

Claire Pollard
Warehouse Supervisor
Some say that the company should be called ‘Textile CLAIRE Supplies’ as Claire has been an employee for over 14 years. Very much the wittiest of the team her chat is second to none. Her addiction to the sun sees her jet setting a lot more than the normal human being.

Caitlin Balfour
Sales Advisor
Caitlin is the Baby of TCS. Even though she has only been with us for over a year she fits into the team like laundry to a laundry basket. As a young Scottish lass she loves the banter and her wicked sense of humour keeps us smiling. Netflix and food seem to be her favourite addictions.

Liam Robertson
Warehouse
Liam is the muscles of the team as he picks and packs the orders every day - just stay clear of the warehouse when he’s driving the forklift! This boy loves his food and if he’s not got a packet of Super noodles on his person at any point his life is unbalanced. Computer games and football are his go to outside of work.

William Bloomfield
Warehouse
William is the Grandad of TCS as his kind and caring nature sees him jump through hoops to help the team in any way he can. He is a qualified Jeweller as well as a keen volleyball and badminton player. His love of chocolate and shortbread is his downfall so if you’re ever searching for him…..just follow the crumbs!
